Cancellation - Due to the nature of the products being sold on this site, WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please make sure you choose the correct size and color before you complete the transaction on this site. We are not repsonsible for improper sizing or color variations. |

Billing - Online orders can be charged to your Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express or debit card,. Billing address must match shipping address. Please be sure to include a day time phone number. Any order shipped to a Pennsylvania address will have 6% sales tax added to the total invoice. |

Delivery - Not all dress sizes and colors are in-stock all the time. On occasion we will have to get your selection from the manufacturer before we can ship to you. Should a gown have to be ordered from the manufacturer, we will provide you with an approx. ship date. There are occasions that because of circumstances beyond our control, we CANNOT deliver a gown. We will contact you asap, if we are unable to locate your selection. UPS ground shipping is available at No Charge to all 48 of the Continental US States. Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day , or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, is available at an additional charge.
