Q: DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR SHOPPING?
A: We only require appointments for Bridal Shopping and fittings with our Certified Tailor. All other shopping is open to walk-ins! If you are shopping for Mother-of-the-Bride/Groom gowns, Prom, Pageant and/or Formalwear, feel free to walk-in during our regular business hours! If you prefer to work one-on-one with a specific member of our team, please contact us for an appointment.
Q: HOW CAN I BOOK A BRIDAL APPOINTMENT?
A: You can book with us online, in-person and/or via contacting us directly. If you wish to book with us online, please visit our booking site and provide the required information. You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment date and time. Please feel free to reach out to us via phone, email, social media and/or by filling out the online inquiry form for any booking questions.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
A: When scrolling through our website, all items with a green box displaying "In Stock!" indicates that the item is physically in stock at our storefront. All items with a green box displaying "Quick Delivery!" indicates that the item is available at the manufacturers warehouse, and can be ordered for immediate shipping to our storefront or directly to you. When clicking on a particular dress and/or item, please scroll to the bottom of the image and click the "Items Available" tab next to the "Description" tab. This will show you the stock availablity at our storefront, as well as the manufacturers warehouse stock. The item color and size in which we have available at our storefront will be indicated by the small shopping tag icon.
Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I SHOP FOR MY WEDDING DRESS?
A: We recommend shopping around 9 months - 1 year prior to your wedding date. Most gowns take about 3-6 months to make, depending on available stock. We also include alterations on our bridal gowns here at CB&P! Our Certified Tailor, Sharon, is happy to be sure that your gown fits absolutely perfect! Therefore, we like to start alterations around 3 months before your wedding. If you are a last minute bride, no worries! We accomodate all weardates and are happy to find and fit your dream dress!
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ORDER A BRIDAL GOWN?
A: Average ordering time for bridal gowns is around 3-6 months. If you have a quick turnaround time for your wedding, don't worry! We've got your back! As long as a bridal gown is in stock at the manufacturers warehouse, we can have your dress delievered in about 1-2 weeks. Most of our designers keep a great selection of gowns in stock and ready to ship immediately. If by chance your dream dress is not in stock, estimated delivery time is around 3-6 months, depeding on the designer and style.
Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
A: CB&P has a strict No Return, Exchange and/or Refund Policy. We truly hope that everyone is happy with their purchases, and feels their absolute best in their dress and/or outfit. Please understand that the formalwear industry is very high-demand, and we are following the policy of most other bridal and formalwear stores.
